Brandon Avery Smith, professionally known as AVEHRE, is a recording artist, songwriter, producer, creative director, media executive, and entrepreneur whose work spans music, media, and cultural storytelling. Avehre has built a career defined by creativity, strategic leadership, and a commitment to developing artists and ideas that leave a lasting impact.
Born in Germany and raised in Chicago, Avehre discovered his passion for music at an early age, developing his voice in church before expanding into songwriting, production, and creative direction. Drawing inspiration from R&B, soul, gospel, and contemporary pop, he has cultivated an artistic approach centered on authenticity, emotional connection, and timeless storytelling.
Today, Avehre serves as Executive Director of Media & Culture for THE HYPE MAGAZINE, where he leads creative initiatives across editorial, artist relations, digital media, original programming, and cultural storytelling. He is also the Founder and CEO of Avehre Inc., a creative consulting and artist development company dedicated to helping artists, producers, entrepreneurs, and entertainment brands build meaningful careers.
